House rules

Dear guests,

Welcome. We wish you an enjoyable and relaxing stay. By booking, you accept these house rules and ensure that everyone travelling with you follows them.

Personal contact details for the stay are provided only to confirmed guests with the binding booking confirmation.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and throughout the building. Please use an ashtray outside.

INTERNET

Free internet is available; you receive the access code on arrival. Use is at your own risk and the landlord is not liable for your online activities.

PETS

Pets are not permitted.

WASTE SEPARATION

Separate paper, plastic, residual waste and glass. Put organic waste with residual waste. Bags are provided. Do not put sanitary towels in the toilet.

SAFETY

Keep entrance doors closed. Close windows when leaving and at night. Turn off air conditioning, lights and unused appliances. Secure all open shutters because of wind.

OUTDOOR AREA

Close parasols and similar items in strong wind, when leaving and overnight.

BARBECUE/FIREPLACE

Only adults may use open flames. Close gas cylinders after barbecuing. Ensure folding side sections, especially the hotplate, are locked on both sides. Fire and explosion hazard.

EMERGENCY

Contact the caretaker or call 112. Health centre: Palit 143A, 51280 Rab, phone 00385 (0)51 776 980.

PARKING

One space is provided per apartment. Visitors and second vehicles use public parking. The landlord is not liable for vehicles or contents.

CLEANING

You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. Supplies are provided. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

DAMAGE

Report damage promptly. Tenants are liable for major damage. Kitchen utensils must remain in the apartment and be returned after shared use.

KEYS

You receive two keys. Report loss immediately; replacement costs €30.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-out is by 10 am: empty and wipe the fridge, clean and replace dishes, dispose of food, tidy furniture and switch off appliances except fridge and boiler.

Arrange the handover time with the caretaker.

A serious breach permits immediate termination and removal from the apartment.
