This price overview uses the same Lodgify rate source as the availability calendar. The total shown in Lodgify after selecting travel dates and the number of guests is binding.
Terms
Payment schedule
50% of the total is due when booking.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Final cleaning and tourist tax are refunded in full when a booking is cancelled before arrival.
100% of the accommodation share already paid is refundable when cancelled at least 90 days before arrival.
50% of the accommodation share already paid is refundable when cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.
The accommodation share is not refundable for later cancellations.
Deposit and note
No security deposit is required.
All payments must be made in euros.
A €50 cleaning fee and tourist tax of €2 per person per night are charged.
