High-quality holiday home, completely renovated in 2019, with three units, air conditioning and a counter-current pool.
The house is in a quiet part of Lopar away from the main tourist traffic, with its own sandy beach. San Marino tourist centre is about 1 km away.
Each tiled apartment has a large private panoramic terrace, gas barbecue, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave and hob. Air conditioning is available for a fee.
Dining kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. The family-friendly sandy beach in a sheltered bay is 500 m away. A supermarket is nearby.
The owner is only occasionally in the house; at other times the property manager looks after guests.

50% of the total is due when booking.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Final cleaning and tourist tax are refunded in full when a booking is cancelled before arrival.
100% of the accommodation share already paid is refundable when cancelled at least 90 days before arrival.
50% of the accommodation share already paid is refundable when cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.
The accommodation share is not refundable for later cancellations.
Deposit and note
No security deposit is required.
All payments must be made in euros.
A €50 cleaning fee and tourist tax of €2 per person per night are charged.
