House rules
Dear guests,
we welcome you to our vacation accommodation and wish you an eventful and relaxing stay! For this to succeed well, it is necessary that our guests know and comply with the house rules. With your booking you accept these house rules and ensure that you and all fellow travelers comply with the house rules. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in our vacation accommodation and in the whole building. Please go to the outside area and use an ashtray there.
INTERNET
Internet access is available free of charge in our vacation accommodation. You will receive the access code for this upon your arrival. The use of this internet access is at your own risk. We as the landlord do not assume any liability for any of your activities on the Internet.
PETS
Keeping pets is not allowed in our vacation apartment.
WASTE SEPARATION AND DISPOSAL
Since we are obligated to separate waste, we ask you to also separate waste in our vacation accommodation. For this purpose there are appropriate disposal facilities for paper, plastic, residual waste and glass. Please dispose of organic waste with the residual waste. Also new garbage bags are available in the vacation accommodation, if necessary please contact the janitor. Please do not throw sanitary towels into the toilet!
SECURITY
For security reasons, all entrance doors to the vacation accommodation should always be kept closed. The windows should also be closed when leaving the vacation accommodation as well as at night. Air conditioning, lights and other devices should also be turned off at all times when not in use. This also applies to electrical appliances. All shutters must be secured when opened! Danger of wind!
Outdoor area
Outdoor items, such as sunshades or the like, must be closed in high winds, when leaving the grounds, and overnight to prevent damage and ensure your safety.
Barbecue/Fireplace
Facilities with open fires are generally to be used by adults only. Please turn off gas bottles after grilling! Make sure that the foldable side parts, ESPECIALLY THE COOKING PLATE are well engaged on both sides. Fire and explosion hazard!

PARKING
For your stay with us in the vacation accommodation is available 1parking space per apartment. Guests, second vehicles must use the public parking spaces. Please also note that we, as the landlord, are not responsible for the vehicle parked in the parking lot and its contents.
CLEANING
You are responsible for the cleaning of the vacation accommodation during your stay. For the necessary cleaning work, appropriate cleaning agents and tools are available in the vacation accommodation. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
DAMAGE
Damages caused in the vacation accommodation are to be reported to the janitor as soon as possible. We cannot accept damages that are discovered after your departure. If it is minor damage, such as a broken glass, we as the landlord will pay for the replacement. However, you as the tenant are liable for major damage to the equipment or the vacation accommodation.
Kitchen utensils may not be taken out of the apartment (beach, excursion, etc.). If you share them with guests of other apartments, please make sure that they (the ones that fit together!) are returned. Generally there are 8 of each.
KEYS
Upon arrival you will receive 2 keys for the vacation accommodation. If you lose the keys, report this immediately to the janitor. For the expenditure of the replacement afterwards costs at a value of 30 euro result, which you carry as tenants.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
To ensure that the vacation accommodation is optimally prepared for our guests, you can check in from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the vacation accommodation must then be vacated by 10 am and left in a proper condition. This includes:
0 Empty the refrigerator and wipe it dry
0 Clean dishes and put them back in their place in a dry condition
0 Dispose of remaining food
0 Storing used furniture neatly
0 Turning off electrical appliances (except refrigerator and boiler).
Please arrange with the janitor the time when the apartment handover will take place.
These house rules are intended to ensure that you and all other guests can enjoy as pleasant and safe a stay as possible in our vacation accommodation. We ask that you comply with the house rules. Violation of these house rules is a violation of the rental terms and conditions set forth in the rental agreement. A gross violation entitles us to terminate the contract without notice and ask the guest to leave the apartment.
